After implementation, the before and after costs proved to save 40% in this particular department.

Scalability has proven to be the way to cut out unnecessary spend. "If everyone's job is fully maximized, business needs have been appropriately forecasted and there should be very minimal opportunity for down time. What we find in many hotels is that there is a routine. With peak seasons and down seasons come new productivity goals that need to be carefully monitored. Switching gears is vital for this industry.
