Silver Creek Entertainment Partners With Microsoft on New Xbox Experience Launch
In conjunction with Microsoft's recent New Xbox Experience launch, Silver Creek Entertainment, makers of Hardwood Hearts and Hardwood Spades, is releasing new versions of their games to enhance user experiences with 3D avatars and Xbox Live Party.
Grants Pass, OR (PRWEB) November 14, 2008 -- In conjunction with Microsoft's recent New Xbox Experience launch, Silver Creek Entertainment, makers of Hardwood Hearts and Hardwood Spades, is releasing new versions of their games to enhance user experiences with 3D avatars and Xbox Live Party.
Microsoft is launching the New Xbox Experience on November 19, creating a whole new realm to social video game playing. The new launch will feature the ability for users to create their own personalized 3D avatar, which will be your gaming personality across all games played on Xbox LIVE. With hundreds of outfits and personal traits to customize with, users new 3D avatars will make their gaming experience come to life while playing games on Xbox 360. Another aspect of the New Xbox Experience will be the Xbox LIVE Party, allowing users to create a virtual party with up to seven friends online. This will allow users to voice chat, share photos and party with friends all over the world right from their Xbox console.
Silver Creek Entertainment has partnered with Microsoft to have two of their games, Hardwood Hearts and Hardwood Spades, supporting both 3D avatars and Xbox LIVE Party. Both games were originally created to support Xbox 360's high definition graphics and have been further enhanced with the New Xbox Experience launch to keep users' gaming experience flowing. Both Hardwood Hearts and Spades are being re-designed to have users' avatars react to game events, including reacting in shock when hit with a fireball Foom. This will create a more lively and personalized experienced for players. With Xbox LIVE Party, users will be able to form a group of friends that meet up to play, making it easier to connect and play with family and friends.
Both games are available for download on Xbox LIVE Arcade and have trial versions available to users to download for free prior to purchase.
