AuraGenix BioPharma will be a key element in Mr. Khoshbin's strategic plan to expand market share worldwide for Prollenium's proprietary line of anti-aging and facial aesthetics products.

AuraGenix BioPharma holds an exclusive global license and supply agreement with Prollenium for distribution of the REVANESSE™ family of hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers used by medical practitioners and clinicians to erase fine facial lines and wrinkles, smooth deep folds and give lips a natural, fuller look.

AuraGenix BioPharma will also be the pivot point to drive global distribution of many new and innovative anti-aging and facial aesthetic products currently in Prollenium's development pipeline.
