Mr. Zolkos has a background as a division controller for Intel Corporation and as a relationship manager for PNC. At larger companies (like Intel), Zolkos learned "key aspects of business partnerships, really understanding the underpinnings of the business and how to help manage it with financial analysis and reporting." RedZone, however, faced different challenges, and Zolkos helped the company tackle them - raising $7M of equity and debt capital and helping the company move into a new facility to house its growing ranks of employees. Managing the company's growth has been one of the biggest projects Zolkos oversaw.
