This environmentally friendly product reduces carbon dioxide emissions by at least 50%, burns cleanly and eliminates all other poisonous greenhouse gases. Cooking oil and grease from the kitchens is safely and properly removed and handled by a company that is approved and licensed by New York City DEP and DEC. The grease is treated, the glycerin byproduct is taken and used for bio-diesel and the remaining materials are used to make soap.
