Bedford Springs Resort has appointed Hope A. Gritzer as sales manager covering the Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia markets.

Gritzer as sales manager covering the Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia markets. She is responsible for generating group business, new client development and servicing existing accounts for the resort.
"Hope will be a great asset to our sales team. Not only does she have an extensive background in sales, she has a real understanding of our local and regional market which will help in the development of new business," said Courtney Lowe, director of sales and marketing for Bedford Springs Resort.
Prior to joining the Bedford Springs team, Hope was sales manager at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Seven Springs, Pa., group sales manager at Grand Bahama Vacations, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., group tour specialist at ABC Travel of Greensburg, Greensburg, Pa., and director of sales for Western Pennsylvania at Sheraton Pocono Inn, Stroudsburg, Pa.
Bedford Springs Resort re-opened in July 2007 following a $120-million restoration and expansion.
