HairdryersOnly.com, an online retailer of hairdryers, curling irons, flat irons, brushes, and other hairstyling tools, recently launched a company blog at http://www.HairstylingToolsInfo.com. The blog made its online debut in October of 2008.

Founded by Patrice Hammond, HairdryersOnly.com was launched in May 2006. Despite the site's name, there are actually a wide variety of styling tools available through the website.

"The site evolved from just hairdryers to different hairstyling tools and accessories," said Professional Beauty Association member and site founder Hammond. "As we've continued to add products, we've really become a one-stop shop. Pretty much any styling tool you could want is now available through the site."

The blog will be an informational venue to discuss issues related to hair care and styling. To that end, it will cover topics ranging from consumer evaluations to what tool is best suited to achieve certain hairstyles. It could also elaborate on certain trends occurring in the Hollywood and entertainment hair scene.

Intending to make the blog a multimedia venue, Hammond also has plans to incorporate various tutorial videos on how to achieve certain hairstyles.

"I'm really excited about the blog because it's a great way for people to learn about hairstyling and our site at the same time," said Hammond. "I also want to make sure people check out the blog so they know about site updates like sales, promotions, or limited time events."

These site updates could also include new products being added to the site.

"As technology evolves, there are always new products coming out for hairstyling," said Hammond. "I want my site to always be on top of the styling industry, and the blog will be a great way to let my customers know about these updates."
