SunnyDazes.com was founded to provide consumers with a wide choice of vitamins, supplements and herbal products. The site has become a one-stop resource for health products. While the website continues the grow, its founder, Ray Johnson, has recently added a new informational blog.
Ogden, UT (PRWEB) November 21, 2008 -- Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a key factor to a living a good existence; of course, it's seldom that easy. Genetics, environment and diets dictate how healthy (or unhealthy) people really are. Thanks to products such as supplements, maintaining good health is slightly easier these days. Through his website, www.SunnyDazes.com, Ray Johnson is offering up resources for people to improve their wellbeing.
"I saw that while looking for health products online and it's difficult to navigate through all the different items," said Johnson. "I think the way that my site is set up, it's easier to for people to find the supplements or vitamins that they need."
Launching in August 2008, Johnson's site debuted with links to several sites that offer supplements and vitamins for many different health issues. Even with all his links, Johnson still plans on adding more. "Health is imperative," explained Johnson. "Different sites offer different items, so I'll be adding more links that have to do with health and exercise."
Johnson also said that he was also looking into putting his own products on the site, in addition to the links.
Sunny Dazes' coup, however, is the new blog that recently launched, www.SunnyDazesInfo.com. Running through several tips and facts about health and exercise, Johnson hopes that readers will see how much better they'll feel with these little changes.
"Exercise is important and some of these supplements can really help improve someone's health," Johnson said. "Proper nutrition and exercise are vital factors to having a great life, but sometimes, a boost is needed. I'm just providing that boost."
