The site was established by Realtor Daniel McDermott, who works with Royal Lepage Ram Realty. He has been licensed in Alberta since September 1992 and with Sundance Realty Group in Winfield, British Columbia since July 2007. McDermott explained the uniqueness of the property featured on the website.
"This is a once in a lifetime property. In all my years in the real estate business, I've never seen anything quite like it," said McDermott. "The property features two homes, the first being a two-story, five-bedroom, six-bathroom estate that was designed and constructed by a custom builder.
