LIVE, guests savored the culinary passion and innovation of Wolfgang Puck's gourmet cuisine, sampling exclusive Thanksgiving recipes for two signature Puck dishes: butternut squash risotto with sautéed shrimp, along with potato galette with dill cream and a house-smoked salmon with caviar.
