Over 20 of Resolver's Canadian Clients improved their rankings for governance best practices in 2008.

The Globe and Mail, Report on Business Board Games is an annual report examining the board of directors for 241 companies and income trusts in the S&P/TSX index. The scores are determined using four key areas: board composition, compensation, shareholder rights and disclosure based on best practices. All Resolver clients that have been using the Resolver's risk assessment and management software over the past year have increased their previous year's score. Some companies have nearly doubled their score from the previous year.
