Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) November 27, 2008 -- Strategic Development Holding Company (SDHC) announced today that it has reached an agreement for the provision of project management services for commercial real estate developments in Northern and Central California. SDHC will also retain an equity interest in the projects, which include over 1500 multi-family units, 500,000 square feet of commercial retail and 1,400,000 square feet of light industrial space.
