Defense Solutions, Inc. Announces Completion of Reverse Merger

Defense Solutions, Inc., a privately held Delaware corporation, has announced that it has successfully completed a reverse merger with Flex Resources Co. Ltd. (formerly OTC Bulletin Board: FXRI). Flex Resources has changed its name to Defense Solutions Holdings, Inc. in connection with the transaction, and shares of Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. will be included on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "DFSH."

(PRWEB) November 28, 2008 -- Defense Solutions, Inc., a privately held Delaware corporation, has announced that it has successfully completed a reverse merger with Flex Resources Co. Ltd. (formerly OTC Bulletin Board: FXRI). Flex Resources has changed its name to Defense Solutions Holdings, Inc. in connection with the transaction, and shares of Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. will be included on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "DFSH."

The merger transaction was completed by the merger of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Flex Resources with and into Defense Solutions, with Defense Solutions remaining as the surviving company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company now known as Defense Solutions Holdings, Inc. The officers and directors of Defense Solutions replaced all of the officers and directors of Flex Resources at the effective time of the merger. The company will retain all Defense Solutions' employees and will maintain its principal operations in Exton, Pennsylvania. The company will operate Defense Solutions as its sole line of business.

The former shareholders of Defense Solutions will be entitled to receive approximately 52% of the outstanding capital stock of Defense Solutions Holdings, Inc. after giving effect to the merger.
