Three tips for turning your housework into your workout:
1.    In the kitchen you can salsa at the sink and do stretching exercises when you put away the dishes. Whenever you stand at the sink, put on some hot Latin music and move those feet. When it's time to unload the dishwasher, bend your knees and do some deep knee bends. Then, when putting the dishes away, get up on your toes to really stretch the backs of your legs.
2.    In the bathroom, when cleaning the tub and shower, extend your arms and then follow with a circular motion to work your upper body.
3.    The laundry room offers the opportunity to work you upper arms. Pick up two bottles of laundry detergent and use them the same way you would use weights.
