Waltham, Massachusetts (PRWEB) December 2, 2008 -- SyberWorks, a leader in the Learning Management Systems industry, announced today that they signed an agreement with PRIDE Industries Inc. to manage employee training using the SyberWorks Hosted Learning Management System.

Dave Wickersham, Quality and Training Manager for PRIDE Industries states, "PRIDE Industries is one of the nation's largest employers of people with disabilities. We employ more than 4,000 employees, including some 2,700 people with disabilities while meeting the manufacturing and service needs of companies nationwide and generating more than $140 million in annual revenue."

"Our business has grown very large and diverse in manufacturing and service industries, supporting many different types of industrial sites and installations all over the country. Quality control and training are paramount to our reputation of excellence in business performance."

"We needed a system that could efficiently track and manage classroom training on-the-job training and e-Learning across multiple sites. We also wanted to centralize our training records in an online repository, giving senior personnel the ability to access them through a web browser. We will be deploying the system in two steps, beginning with managers and then rolling out training to our disabled employees as well."
