The steel, brick and masonry-constructed facilities are company owned, with 24 hour/day monitoring alarm and detection systems. Records are picked-up and delivered throughout the day in FDB company vehicles by bonded and insured employees.
New Florida Data Bank services include Firelock fireproof modular vault storage for disaster recovery and risk management, storage of non-traditional items such as physical evidence for law firms, medical center specimens and other beyond paper items and secure onsite and offsite records shredding and destruction.
Electronic records backup and management services were also added, providing options for electronic document access, including scan-on-demand to receive stored file immediately by emailing the documents to the user's computer, back-file or day-forward conversion of stored paper documents into digital files for backup and a software-as-a-service solution allowing secure, permission-granted access, tracking and management for colleague collaboration.
