Whether it's a time of a weak national economy or a strong one, smart businesses are always looking for ways to stay profitable. Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island is taking the lead in Hilton Head rentals to find those new sources of targeted consumers.

Mark Westbrook, Broker in Charge said, "In an attempt to broaden the exposure of our rental properties, we are investing in an international plan to reach out past the borders of the United States to find new rental guests. We understand that the diminished value of our U.S.dollar makes traveling to the United States from abroad very attractive. Guests from "across the pond" or anywhere in the world will appreciate and admire the care and attention that is given to their vacation rental home and will find great value for their vacation on Hilton Head Island. Paying a premium price, whether the dollar is strong or weak, will not be an issue."

Resort Rentals managed vacation rental homes and condos in Hilton Head Island are now marketed internationally, advertising to potential rental guests in France using their French landing page.

Julianne Young, Marketing Director said, "We have advertised - since the launch of our landing page- on Google France for all the relevant keywords searched by French users who are interested in a vacation in United States like: "vacances USA", "voyage aux USA", etc. We receive daily inquiries from potential French visitors - through phone, email and our online contact form."

The landing page consist of a culturally-targeted video presentation of the Hilton Head Island, with French voice-over and a French text translation which emphasizes what French people appreciate while on vacation: clean beaches, no pollution, clay tennis courts, historically-rich neighborhoods, and of course an intuitive animated map that shows exactly where Hilton Head Island is located.

Gerard Mahieu, owner of Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island said, "Because of our web presence we have also been contacted by French tour operators who want to know more about Hilton Head Island for their clients. The #1 tour operator (Direct Tours) has been in contact with us and is going so far as to visit us and the surrounding area before the end of 2008."

Westbrook added: "Experience, financial stability, and cutting edge marketing are the major factors in the vacation rental management industry. To protect the vacation rental home owner's investments, one of our goals is to attract new visitors to come and stay with Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island. We feel this French marketing is one of the directions where we are achieving positive results. We also plan extending our marketing efforts in Germany early next year."
