New innovative workshop helps companies ignite change through real life simulation.

Pfeiffer announces the launch of their new product: Game Plan for Change: A Tabletop Simulation for Igniting Growth Through Transformation, a two-day workshop package that allows organizations to learn and apply key principles of change in a real-time context.

The current financial crisis has created an urgent platform for many businesses to drastically change their operations. Organizations can no longer afford ineffective workshops that produce mediocre results. Game Plan for Change is a highly comprehensive value-based change map to help training professionals execute a successful change initiative.

The setting is a facilitator-led, two-day workshop where participants are divided into small teams. Each team selects a case-based organization to guide through the simulation process. Participants are presented with information, discuss problems and find solutions. The workshop also utilizes a game board displaying 17 dynamic and interdependent components which have corresponding exercises that are completed by the participants. Completing the exercises generate scores in the form of indicators of success or failure and are then aggregated into a final change scorecard at the end of the workshop.

Game Plan for Change is an imperative workshop for training professionals and leadership consultants who seek reform in today's turbulent financial climate. Companies that participate in this workshop will be better positioned to emerge as market leaders when the dust settles.

The Game Plan for Change package includes:

  •      Facilitators Guide (Pfeiffer, December 2008, $49.00, 978-0-7879-9625-3)
  • Participant Workbook (Pfeiffer, December 2008, $30.00, 978-0-7879-9681-9)
