Emergency Survival Gear Site Announces Addition of New Company Blog
Providing emergency and survival gear, TheWayToSurvive.org will continue to ensure the safety of its customers by adding an informational blog, FamilyEmergencySurvivalKits.com. The new site was launched in October 2008.
Colbert, GA (PRWEB) December 4, 2008 -- TheWayToSurvive.org, a website dedicated to the sale of emergency survival gear and prepackaged emergency kits, has expanded the scope of their website by adding a company blog at www.FamilyEmergencySurvivalKits.com.
TheWayToSurvive.org was founded on September 19, 2008 by Philip McIntyre. The site is outfitted with all different kinds of survival equipment intended for use in natural or unexpected disasters.
"We have emergency and survival kits for individuals, families, schools, offices, and automobiles," said McIntyre. "We do our best to cover every type of disaster in every situation. I've used kits in my home for years, and they really offer a sense of security."
The kits can be used for any variety of unexpected disaster such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, terror attacks, wildfires, ice and snow storms, and more.
"Not making preparations for the welfare of you and your family could mean the difference between life and death, or at the very least, an uncomfortable period that could be avoided," said McIntyre. "Not being prepared for an emergency is unthinkable, because these kits are so available, so easy to use, and so effective."
Providing products that prepare people for these unexpected situations, the site is stocked with many different food and water rations, radios and flashlights, and first aid kits.
"Food and safety materials are two very important resources needed to stay safe in a disaster," said McIntyre. "In any given disaster, you never know how long your water and electricity are going to be down, so having a stock of food and clean water on hand should be the number one concern. Scrapes, cuts, and injuries also need to be dealt with quickly and cleanly."

Offering even more informational sources, McIntyre has instated an eight-part newsletter concerning proper emergency behavior and preparedness.
