I'm an engineer by trade and I think to go in depth with some of these items is second nature to me.
Munhall, PA (PRWEB) December 4, 2008
These days, most people head to big box retailers to get their fix of the latest gadgets, whether it's a digital camera, mp3 player or a cell phone. But part of the experience of shopping in a larger retail outlet is not getting the kind of attention that shoppers typically deserve and, to boot, most of their prices aren't lower when compared to some online retailers.
Proof positive of this notion is http://www.OneStopGadgets.com, an electronics site that was founded by Bernard Rousher. "For me," he began, "I'm fascinated by electronics."
Rousher launched his site in August 2008 and it has since taken a life of its own, hosting several different electronic devices that have slowly become necessary to be a functioning member of American society. His site is updated often and he aims to expand his company to also include computer art, which also has a place in his heart.
"My wife was an amateur artist who did computer art and she went down to the pixel level," said Rousher of his late wife's art. "I want other people to see the beauty in her work, as I have."
He also plans on including women's and men's clothing once he's given the opportunity; for now, however, his focus is on OneStopGadgets.com, which also includes a new corresponding blog, http://www.OneStopGadgetsInfo.com.
"I spend time reading blogs and so it feels great to also be a resource for information about electronic devices like GPS systems, games and some of the other stuff on my site," he said. "I'm an engineer by trade and I think to go in depth with some of these items is second nature to me."
Whatever the needs are for the everyday technophile, OneStopGadgets.com will have it and, no doubt, at a lower price. After all, above anything else, Bernard Rousher is not a giant conglomerate, but rather a singular internet force, just trying to make shopping a fun activity again.
