Expanded Line-Up of Workshops Will Teach Critical Skills in Quantifying the Business Impact of Human Capital

The ability to measure, model, and forecast the top- and bottom-line impact of human capital is a critical skill for today's business leaders. Our Quick Start program supports that need by providing comprehensive training in all aspects of data-driven decision-making.

Infohrm, the global leader in workforce planning, reporting, and analytics solutions today announced the launch of the Quick Start program, designed to assist organizations in laying the foundation for long-term human capital measurement initiatives.

By combining multiple Infohrm Academy workshops, the 2009 Infohrm Workforce Planning Summit, and/or the 2009 Infohrm Workforce Analytics Conference, the program enables individuals to quickly improve their workforce planning and analytics skills with a limited investment of upfront capital. Available through December 31, 2008, the program offers discounts of up to 40% off standard registration fees.

Also unveiled were dates and locations for Infohrm's 2009 workshops. The 2009 agenda features eight new workshops, including Metrics Essentials—aimed at new workforce planning and analytics practitioners—and Measuring the ROI of Human Capital, which will assist business leaders in modeling financial returns of investments in their workforce.
