2008 International Film Festival Summit Introduces Some New Media and Dynamic Programming for your Festival

The 5th Annual International Film Festival Summit (IFFS) announces that the DC Shorts Film Festival, Eyesoda.com, B-Side Festival, AFI Fest, Starz Denver Film Festival, and Hollywood Black Film Festival will take part in two panel discussions that will address the latest tools for social networking and digital media and also discover key considerations and factors to consider when expanding your program, at the summit taking place December 7-9, 2008 in Las Vegas.

The session entitled "A New Media Experience" will take place Tuesday, December 9th at 1:45 pm and the session entitled "Dynamic Programming Issues" will take place Tuesday December 9th at 2:45 pm.

Social networking and digital media are key to your success as a film festival. "A New Media Experience" addresses what digital tools are out there to help you and how your festival can leverage its assets. "Dynamic Programming Issues" will help with your year round programming, migrate content to the web and extend audience reach, which are all critical programming issues.
