East Coast Q3 2008 Trends in Venture Deal Terms
Report by VC Experts, Inc. Data Center Suggests East Coast Investors providing more favorable terms than West Coast.

The report indicates that certain terms that are more favorable to portfolio company's, such as cumulative dividends and redemption rights, were more prominent in Q3 deals done on the East Coast rather than those done on the West Coast.
