Global 360, a leading provider of Process and Document Management solutions, today announced the general availability of Global 360's case management solution, Case360 10.2. This latest release provides a number of features that simplify application development for the business user, speeding the deployment of process and document management applications. Also included in this release is enhanced integration with Global 360's process intelligence platform, Insight360.

Case360 is a collaborative content and process management platform for building and deploying human-centric process, case, content, and data management applications, enabling greater integration and collaboration across the enterprise to bring together people, process and data.

To provide simplified application development and speed the deployment of end-user applications, Global 360 has enhanced the Case360 Forms Designer to allow business and process analysts and other users without software development skills to get more involved in the design of Case360 applications and develop highly dynamic forms. The Forms Designer is completely browser-based and integrated into the Case360 Toolbox, enabling the drag-and-drop of fields and user interface elements from the palette onto the main forms canvas.

"The Case360 10.2 enhancements are designed to enable creation of custom forms by business analysts, while at the same time increasing the depth of applications that analysts can produce before they need to go to IT for support."

To provide greater analytic and optimization capabilities, Case360 10.2 offers enhanced integration with Insight360. Using Insight360, businesses can gain real-time visibility and control over their business processes and leverage enterprise-wide process intelligence in historical, real-time and predictive perspectives. These perspectives allow key stakeholders to plan, control and analyze business processes better in order to maximize the utilization of resources and continuously improve performance.
