Department stores carry perfumes and colognes for a exorbitant amount of money, but in reality, with a little tinkering on the internet, the average person can buy name brand fragrances for a fraction of the cost.

Paules is the founder of, a website that specializes in high quality perfumes and colognes at a discounted price. The site also has a page,, which features a selection of apparel and jewelry, also available at low prices.

"With the jewelry and the clothes, it seemed natural to have additional items that people who like perfumes would also buy at stores," Paules said. "But it's not the focus of my site. Everything comes back to smelling well."

"The blog is a way to give people tips for gifts, as well as have honest, unbiased reviews of new scents out there," he said of "It's a great way to interact with people because they can leave their own comments about the latest perfumes out there."

As the holiday season approaches and the malls become crowded with shoppers who have no problem with pushing and running, Paules' is one of the best resources for low priced gifts without the hassle of rushing to the stores.
