While time moves forward, the Baby Boomers - perhaps one of the most progressive generations in American history - have found themselves entering the retirement age. With that, Boomers are trying to improve upon their lifestyles. TheEssenceOfMaturing.com is helping Boomers find the resources for better health and with a new blog, the resources and tips will soon be endless.

The Boomers of the 1950s are getting older and what they want is to have better health, more energy and be able to get the most out of everyday life

Adults who are currently part of the Baby Boomer generation, individuals who were born during the Post-WWII baby boom between 1946 and 1964, are beginning to find themselves at an age where retirement age looms close by. As is such, the Boomers want to be able to have the proper resources available, which is where Sharon Rice comes in.

Rice, a Boomer herself, is the proprietor of http://www.TheEssenceOfMaturing.com, a website that is dedicated to providing resources and links to help fellow Baby Boomers find products to help themselves maintain good health.

"The Boomers of the 1950s are getting older and what they want is to have better health, more energy and be able to get the most out of everyday life," explained Rice. "They want products that are eco-friendly, pure and natural."

Rice's products and resources range from fitness equipment to legal help to supplements. "Right now we have the Max GXL," she said. "It's a supplement that helps you detoxify your body and enhance your immune system by using Glutathione. Glutathione also fights against oxidative cell damage -- from free radicals -- and inflammation."

The site also specializes in a unique purification device by EcoQuest called the Fresh Air system. "It's natural and bacteria and germ killing," commented Rice.

Though the site has only been up and running since March 2008, it has already garnered attention from other Boomers and expanded to include a new blog.

"I'm focusing on posting about health, nutrition and beauty tips that are relevant to the Baby Boomers," said Rice of http://www.TheEssenceOfMaturingInfo.com. "I'll also have product reviews for some of the items that are available through my website. It will be informative and fun."

There is no way to turn back the clock, but thanks to Sharon Rice, Baby Boomers can find ways to lead naturally healthy lives without having to comprise their well being or a good chunk of their savings.
