Professional services firm taps experienced executive for Managing Director role

Bill is an outstanding addition to the vcfo team

vcfo, a leading professional services firm offering finance, recruiting, and human resources solutions, has announced that Bill Zollner will be joining the firm as Managing Director of the Dallas Office effective December 8, 2008. Zollner will be responsible for expanding vcfo's regional market presence, management of the Dallas vcfo team, and continued delivery of top quality services to clients.

Zollner's experience spans over 30 years, serving as the CFO, COO, or Division President for several companies (such as Sterling Software, Serena Software, Selecta Corp) ranging from software and telecom systems to defense, wholesale and manufacturing of building materials, retail food and beverage, and enterprise content development companies. He has worked with companies ranging from start-up to publicly owned companies. Zollner led three turnarounds, leading to a successful IPO or sale of the business. He has particular expertise in strategic planning, restructuring, international management, human resource management, and channel management.

Zollner joins vcfo from Resource Recycling Technologies where he was the Regional Operations Director.
