The end result is beautiful, and not only will it enable our growth, but it also really reflects the high standards of professionalism that we emphasize in our everyday customer interactions.
Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) December 10, 2008
Winters Company (http://www.wintersplumbing.com), an award-winning home services organization in Massachusetts specializing in plumbing, heating, and kitchen and bath remodeling, today announced that it has relocated its headquarters to a new office and warehouse space. The company states that its own employees were responsible for all of the design, plumbing, heating, carpentry, and finish work on the new headquarters. The new location was converted from an empty warehouse and garage to premium-grade office space. To complete the project, employees volunteered their personal time during nights and weekends after their normal shifts.
Winters ended its lease at 31 Smith Place in Cambridge in November. It officially purchased the new space nearby at 67 Smith Place in February and immediately began the total renovation and build-out. The move is part of its overall growth and development program which includes continuous recruitment and employee training and well as strategic acquisitions.
"Our new workspace is an impressive achievement because every single Winters Company employee was involved in the project in some way," said Winters Company CEO Tim Flynn. "The end result is beautiful, and not only will it enable our growth, but it also really reflects the high standards of professionalism that we emphasize in our everyday customer interactions."
Winters Company states its new headquarters was designed to emphasize business process efficiencies and enhance communication and creativity among employees. The company has a goal of becoming a $10 million operation by 2010. For fiscal year 2007 total revenues were $5 million and Winters recently announced its purchase of Gloucester, MA -based Cape Ann Plumbing.
