My main goal is to create a store where people can find what they need and have these items come to them.

While many stores on the internet have specific concentrations, http://www.HilltopEmporium.com is the kind of store where one can find a bit of everything that they need for every day life. Whether someone is in the market for kitchen appliances, bedding, home décor, jewelry and even skateboards, any item imaginable is available at Hilltop Emporium.
"I wanted to create a website that let people simplify their shopping experience," explained site founder, Roger Stitt. "Why go on five different websites to get five different things, when you can go on one site and get everything that you need there?"
Since June 2008, Stitt has been building his site and now he's taking then next step in advancing his store on the internet - adding a blog.
While the concept of a blog (short for "weblog") is new to many people, Stitt has found it particularly helpful in making his store a singular resource for people who are not only seeking specific items, but information about them as well.
"The blog is a way for us to write product reviews and even have some tips on how to spruce up your home using the products on our site as examples," Stitt said of http://www.HilltopEmporiumBlog.com. "It's also a good way for us to have communication with people; they can leave comments and let us know what they think of the products we review or chime in with any tips they may have which are relevant to the post."
As the times shift and more people find themselves purchasing on the internet, it's a bit reassuring to know that sites like HilltopEmporium.com exist, if only to make the shopping experience infinitely easier.
"You know, nobody wants to drive around, wasting gas going from store to store, especially during the holidays," said Stitt. "My main goal is to create a store where people can find what they need and have these items come to them."
