"Our strategy of targeting not only the German speaking market but also moving on to the international stage has started to bear the first results," says Mr. Quelle. Expansion, he explains, is not a one-time show of force, but a process that requires careful planning. "If enterprises expand at all costs, all too often that only satisfies the egos of those involved rather than producing measurable economic benefits," continues the consultant from Dortmund who relies on the evolutionary and self-propelled growth and resulting profitability of his own business. He points out that his strategy proved successful in the years 2006 and 2007 where double-digit growth rates were significantly above the industry average, a development that is set to continue in 2008.
Mr. Quelle explains that one of the development targets of Mandat was to assist international enterprises in successfully entering the German market. More specifically, the focus is on potential clients from the US market.
