HPI International has followed suit by consolidating warehouses to create savings of more than $200,000 annually for this major electronics & photo distributor.

Senior management strategically designed the warehouse consolidation to not only create savings, but to increase warehouse productivity and efficiency. Management is a using a state of the art WMS to maximize space utilization and thus increasing product flow.

The relocation was designed to reduce energy usage in line with the company's Go Green commitment. All walls in the warehouse have been painted white resulting in lower energy consumption throughout all seasons.
