Don started with DTM Systems in 1997 as Controller and later took on the additional role as Manager of Business Solutions establishing this practice in 1999.

Don will focus on the development, execution and management of the Business Solutions Practice which has evolved to be the second largest provider of Microsoft Dynamics GP in B.C. and earned Microsoft's President Club in 2007. This practice has grown to include MS Business Portal and Dynamics CRM complementing the ERP/Accounting practice.

Additionally Victor Shiu has been promoted to Controller and Operations Manager for the Accounting and administration departments within DTM Systems. Victor's role will be focused on the operational excellence of these departments ensuring the highest level of customer service to both internal and external clients.
