Oceanview Publishing Author Don Bruns Featured in the December Issue of Sky Magazine

Oceanview Publishing author Don Bruns is featured in the December 2008 issue of Sky Magazine, the in-flight magazine of Delta Airlines.

(PRWEB) December 15, 2008 -- Oceanview Publishing author Don Bruns is featured in the December 2008 issue of Sky Magazine, the in-flight magazine of Delta Airlines.

An award-winning novelist, Bruns is the subject a December's "mystery traveler" article. In the full-page article, Don talks about visiting exotic locales to research his mystery series, which features protagonist Mick Sever, a rock and roll journalist who manages to find trouble in these island paradises.

In the question and answer interview, Don also talks about his forthcoming novel, Bahama Burnout, which Oceanview Publishing will release in March 2009.

According to Bruns, "My books are intended to take people on tours of these tropical places. I wanted my most recent book release, St. Barts Breakdown, to be the equivalent of a $4000 vacation to St. Barts all for the price of a novel. My hope is that when readers finish the books, they fell like they've been transported to these places."

Bahama Burnout (Oceanview Publishing, ISBN: 978-1-933515-20-5, $24.95), the fifth novel in Bruns' Mick Sever series, takes place in Nassau, Bahamas.

Don Bruns is an award-winning novelist, songwriter, musician and advertising executive. He is the author Jamaica Blue, Barbados Heat, South Beach Shakedown, St. Barts Breakdown, and the forthcoming Bahama Burnout, a music murder mystery series featuring entertainment journalist Mick Sever. Bruns is also author of Stuff to Die For and Stuff Dreams Are Made Of. Don and his wife Linda divide their time between Ohio and South Florida.
