RealSource Agrees With Urban Land Institute Report: MultiFamily is 'Best Buy'

Investments in multi-family properties are solid and stable opportunities when they are made in the right properties, in the right markets, and at the right times. Investments in multi-family housing under the right conditions are far less cycle sensitive (boom and bust), and therefore far less volatile, than other investment opportunities.

According to the "Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2009" report, released by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, while real estate industry experts expect financial and real estate markets in the United States to bottom in 2009 and then flounder for much of 2010, the report states that the apartment market is the number one "buy." RealSource couldn't agree more stating that these are the 'best of times' for the investor ready to diversify into multifamily investment opportunities and for the broker who delivers the RealSource model.

"Today, we are probably seeing the very best of times as far as an increase in rental demand, the predecessor of pushing income and thus the value of multifamily real estate," said Michael Anderson, RealSource Founder. "Investments in multifamily housing under the right conditions are far less cycle sensitive (boom and bust), and therefore far less volatile, than other investment opportunities."

"Entrepreneurial investors typically do not possess the ability to hire an economic staff and pay for the research that tracks of 363 MSAs. The RealSource model provides that to them and the tools and technology to keep those investors connected to their properties as if they were able to manage them directly themselves," said Anderson, who explains that there are markets throughout the country that continue to have positive job growth and increasing demand. "Investments in multifamily housing under the right conditions are far less cycle sensitive (boom and bust), and therefore far less volatile, than other investment opportunities."

The RealSource niche, since 1989, is multifamily investments. RealSource presents income-producing opportunities to clients and pays affiliate brokers the commissions and referral fees they deserve - again and again. The RealSource model is a simple, three step program for helping brokers earn more referral fees, and for helping their investors participate in Tenant in Common opportunities.
