National Speakers Association-New York City Chapter Appoints Volper President

The Board of Directors of the New York City Chapter of the National Speakers Association has appointed Ron Volper, Ph.D. President of the Chapter, effective January 1, 2009.

The Board of Directors of the New York City Chapter of the National Speakers Association has appointed Ron Volper, Ph.D. President of the Chapter, effective January 1, 2009.

Volper, an expert on business development, is a Certified Toastmaster and has been a keynote speaker for hundreds of corporations and organizations in the US and abroad. He is also an adjunct faculty member at New York University, where he teaches graduate level courses on developing sales and enhancing customer service to increase customer retention.

Volper noted that: "In a period when the tri-state area, and the rest of the country, is undergoing a period of economic turmoil, companies can benefit from our speakers' expertise in a range of disciplines more then ever."

Volper is the managing partner of Ron Volper Group Inc.--Building Better Sales Team--a 24 year-old management consulting firm, based in White Plains, New York. RVG has provided 400 companies with information, ideas, tools and training to accelerate sales revenues.
