The Beauty Pageants, which are moderated by Lafata, have quickly become the buzz of the industry. These fun and informational events provide exposure to a number of vendors in the talent management and HR systems space in a fun and informative format. Two are scheduled each month, focusing on a different segment of the Human Capital Management (HCM) marketplace.
The HR Technology Happy Hour Web Mingle, also hosted by Lafata, are weekly broadcasts that provide insight into the puzzling world of HR technology, discuss industry news and upcoming events, and provide insightful interviews with people in our industry - who they are, what they do, and why people should care.
