Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) December 24, 2008
Endeavor Telecom, The Telecom Truck Roll Company of Choice for carriers, service providers, VARs and equipment manufacturers, today announced that Andrew M. Schroer has been appointed the company's President and Chief Operations Officer. In his new role, Andrew will oversee the operations management team in their constant efforts to manage the day-to-day operations of a complex service organization while continuing to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, he will continue leading Endeavor's account management team, focusing on developing relationships with new and existing customers, and also driving other company sales and marketing efforts.
Endeavor has bifurcated its top executive office in an effort to maintain sharp focus on present performance and customer needs while taking every opportunity to capitalize on current economic conditions which are ideal for outsourcing. Justin R. McLain will remain Endeavor's CEO and will be focused on aggressive growth and maximizing shareholder value.
"I've had the pleasure of working with Andrew for over ten years at three very different organizations. Andrew's industry insight and steadfast dedication to exceeding the highest of customer expectations while maintaining an internal culture of excellence and team work has led to this promotion," said Endeavor's CEO, Justin McLain. "In the fast-paced, high-tension business of field service, Andrew is very much the deliberate calm in the storm - his composure and knowledge have and will continue to serve Endeavor and its customers well."
Andrew began with Endeavor's former parent company SSI in 2000, where he served initially as a project manager and then in an account executive role. When SSI seeded Endeavor in 2002, he served as a director, overseeing sales and major accounts. Then, in June 2007, he was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Before his time at SSI, Andrew worked in international business development for the telecommunications and instrumentation division of Shin-Etsu Polymer Corporation, one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronics components. Andrew also holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
"Playing a role in the growth of Endeavor over the years has been very rewarding, and I look forward to ensuring this evolution continues in my new position," said Andrew Schroer. "Endeavor's operations team is very passionate about ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers and their end-users. I welcome the opportunity to leverage their talents along with the expanding automated processes being created by our IT development team to ensure efficient and profitable operations for both Endeavor and its customers."
