Model Airplane Site Announces Product Expansion and Site Promotions

AirplaneModels.us and their associated blog, AirplaneModelsBlog.com, are both sites revolving around high quality airplane models. Providing places to learn about and purchase these planes, the latest site updates include a promotion for a one cent airplane model and the addition of inventory.

These are made with so much care, and the end result is beautiful. They're perfect for people just getting into the hobby, but they're also great for experienced collectors.

AirplaneModels.us, an online business specializing in various airplane models, will add additional models during the month of December. Implementing other holiday promotions, they will also offer a one cent T-3A Firefly plane with the purchase of any new plane.

AirplaneModels.us was launched in August 2008 by Paul Villafuerte. Carrying a variety of airplane models, many of the planes on the site are crafted in wood and mounted on a plaque bearing the name of the specific model.

"We only provide models made with a level of quality and detail that we're proud to stand behind," said Villafuerte. "These are made with so much care, and the end result is beautiful. They're perfect for people just getting into the hobby, but they're also great for experienced collectors."

Hosting a limited time promotion, the site is offering a one cent T-3A Firefly plane with any new purchase.

"This promotion increases the already great value offered by our products," said Villafuerte. "But people do need to act quickly, because we're only offering this until the limited stock is gone. Like any of our models, the Firefly would make a great gift for the holidays, so don't miss out."

Additional preparations for the holidays include plans to expand the number of models carried by the site. This expansion will increase the inventory available for the holiday season, but it will also mean increased inventory into 2009 and beyond.

"Some of the newer models we're looking into carrying are World War II model airplanes. These would make a particularly great accent for the office of any history buff," said Villafuerte. "We strive to offer the lowest prices on everything we carry, but we never scrimp on quality. Everything is in great condition and is available at prices that can't be beat."

In order to offer its customers more information about the model airplanes carried by the site as well as the general hobby of model airplane building and collecting, the site added the informational blog http://www.AirplaneModelsBlog.com in November 2008.

"Airplane models have an interesting and storied history," said Villafuerte. "The blog will deal with some of that history as well as discuss the specifics of the models we carry on the site. Either way, it's a great place to get all the information that my customers need about airplane models."
