You might have to pick a pocket or two to get tickets for Oliver! - or you could take advantage of Show and Stay's unbeatable offers.

Demand for tickets for the London West End show Oliver! have gone through the roof, but Show and Stay can offer excellent availability in 2009, with theatre breaks available from March from as little as £119 per person.

Senior marketing manager Victoria Fraser said: "Oliver! has been one of the most eagerly anticipated shows of 2008, thanks in no small part to the BBC series I'd Do Anything.

"We are delighted that, despite the demand, we have been able to secure vast availability for the Oliver! and can offer our customers great value breaks.

"For example, we have particularly high availability for March 21 and April 18. What better gift for Mother's Day or Easter than an unforgettable theatre performance?"

Lionel Bart's lively adaptation of Dickens' classic tale first hit the London stage in 1960.

It follows orphan Oliver Twist's adventures in Victorian London after he runs away from the workhouse and is taken in by a gang of pickpockets whose members include the Artful Dodger, Fagin and the evil Bill Sikes.

Booking a theatre break with Show-and-Stay is much more than simply a chance to enjoy a West End production and an overnight stay at a central hotel. With visits to a number of London attractions available from as little as £9, your only problem will be fitting in everything you want to do.
