Revitalize those healthy eating and weight loss New Year's Resolutions! Make some fabulous new friends and learn "mindful eating" techniques while indulging in a scrumptious, velvety cupcake!

Learn to enjoy eating in a way that will help you stay thin and beautiful.

Monday, February 23, 2009 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.: Howe to Eat, Dellecious and the Little Black Dress Club invite women to revitalize their healthy eating and weight loss New Years Resolutions at their Mindful Eating: Little Black Dress Cupcakes event. For $15 women will learn to truly enjoy a cupcake while making some new friends.

Jennifer Howe's petite figure belies the amount of time she spends eating. She grew up in a military family where meals were wolfed down in minutes and sweets were served at every sitting. Concerned about her health, and "…knowing I didn't want to give up sweets entirely, I had to find different way to eat them", says Howe, holistic health counselor and creator of "Howe to Eat".

Join us as Jennifer offers her tips and tricks for a mindful approach to eating, in particular: Cupcakes. "With attention and the right intention," says Jennifer, "even a Cupcake can be considered a health food."

"Mindful Eating" isn't about denying yourself the things you love. "It's about reclaiming a healthy relationship with all food, all the time." says Jennifer.

RSVPs are required at http://www.lbdclub.com. Attendance is limited to 30 women. Cupcakes, chocolate and an alternative, will be provided.
