Alumni of The American College Invited to Important Webinar on Managing Volatile Clients

With the fabric of Wall Street unraveling as a result of the subprime mortgage crisis, professional financial advisors are increasingly interested in ways they can successfully manage client and staff stress. In an effort to assist graduates of The American College's world class educational programs during these volatile times, the institution's Alumni Association announced today that it is offering a free webinar on how to deal effectively with employee stress and client emotional outbursts while simultaneously preventing workplace violence. The webinar, "Volatile Times, Volatile Clients: Managing Emotions in This Economy," is scheduled to take place on January 5, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and is open exclusively to registered members of The American College Alumni Association. This seminar is designed to help professionals successfully navigate the emotional minefields created by unsettling financial developments."

Friedman, Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Northwestern University Medical School. Topics to be discussed during the webinar include:
