Built on a Joomla 1.5 platform, a popular open source content system, the site is designed to display a number of new deals several times a day. RSS feeds are available for users who want to syndicate content from Ace's on their own site or for those who prefer to subscribe through a newsfeed reader. There is also a user forum where site visitors can post coupons and bargains they have found.

AcesDeals.com is marketed through a variety of proprietary social networking techniques, including a Facebook page that provides site updates to the popular social networking site.
