Paradocks East Coast Grille and Mainsail Entertainment host entertainer showcase and MEONA Awards on Monday, March 3 from 6-10 p.m.
A free to the public entertainer showcase event will be held on March 3, 2008 from 6-10 p.m. at Paradocks East Coast Grille, 4124 Chesapeake Square Blvd., Chesapeake, VA 23320.. The event will be hosted by Paradocks Management Corporation's Entertainment Director Joe Maniscalco. The MEONA Awards ceremony will be held in conjunction with the Showcase event.
Chesapeake, VA (PRWEB) February 29, 2008 -- Paradocks Management Corporation, Chesapeake, VA, and Mainsail Entertainment, LLC, Hampton, VA, are hosting an entertainer showcase on March 3, 2008 from 6-10 p.m. The event will be held at the Paradocks East Coast Grille restaurant, 4124 Chesapeake Square Blvd., Chesapeake, VA 23321.
The event is free and open to the public.
The showcase includes more than 12 musicians / bands. These entertainers will be added to the Mainsail Entertainment, LLC roster for possible employment at one of the Paradocks East Coast Grille locations.
Paradocks operates two establishments: 801 Eden Way North, Chesapeake, VA 23320 (across from the Greenbrier Mall) and 4124 Chesapeake Square Blvd, Chesapeake 23321. Mainsail Entertainment books entertainment at both locations.
Joe Maniscalco (Norfolk), Paradocks Management Corporation's Entertainment Director, is hosting the event. "We are pleased with the response we are receiving from all musicians in Hampton Roads," explained Maniscalco. This event is an excellent opportunity for each entertainer to be seen and heard by special Paradocks guests and patrons, booking agencies and promoters, as well as convention groups.
"In addition, with technical support from Norman Harrell, AcoustEvents (Virginia Beach), we will be recording the event -- and each entertainer will receive a copy of his / her CD.
Steven Sloop is also presenting phase I of the MEONA music awards that evening at Paradocks. Many local Hampton Roads entertainers are slated for awards.
