Siri Music Enters Worldwide Distribution and Licensing Deal with Universal Motown Republic Group Subsidiary

Stefani Vara's Storybook Diaries Will Be First Release Under New Deal

New York, NY (PRWEB) March 6, 2008 -- Siri Music, the creative venture from producer/songwriter Chauncy Jackson has entered a worldwide distribution and licensing deal with Avery Lipman and Monte Lipman's brainchild, Federal Distribution via Universal Motown Republic Group.

"This deal will help us in our continuing effort to find talented artists in search of a label that will nurture their creativity," Jackson said. "I'm excited that Siri Music has found a new home and am privileged to be working with Avery and Monte."

I hear great music from unsigned bands and veteran artists daily, and I am looking forward to helping those deserving artists grow their fan bases.
Jackson also said that pop princess Stefani Vara's highly-anticipated debut, Storybook Diaries, will be the first album released under the multi-year deal. The disc will hit store shelves this May. "The team has been working extensively to come to the table with some of the most distinct and original ideas for exposure," he adds, "The disc contains a number of hit songs and we expect to support the set throughout 2008."

In the coming months, Siri Music plans to release music from Lillian Roberts, Okera, Sasha Nutgent, as well as the sophomore release from Siri Music's first artist Jeremiah. "The success of our promotional and marketing campaigns opened many doors for the label," Jackson added. "Federal/Universal Republic is a great operation and I'm certain that everyone there will work hard to ensure the success of our future releases."

"Siri Music has many surprises in store for the new year, including new signees," Jackson said. "I hear great music from unsigned bands and veteran artists daily, and I am looking forward to helping those deserving artists grow their fan bases."
