Unveiling the MWCN 2007 Deal Flow Report

The MountainWest Capital Network will unveil its 2007 Deal Flow Report at its annual Deal Flow Luncheon on March 20, 2008 at the Little America Hotel. The luncheon will feature brief reports from executives who led notable 2007 transactions. The roster of presenters will include Zions Bancorporation CEO Harris Simmons.

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) March 10, 2008 -- Leading dealmakers will present the 2007 MountainWest Capital Network Deal Flow Report. This unique book highlights initial public offerings, venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions for 2007 in Utah and will be distributed broadly among the business, financial and economic development community.

Key executives from companies involved in the most notable deals of the year will talk about their successes. These companies include 212 Resources, Boart Longyear, Energy Solutions, The Generations Network, Move Networks and Zions Bank.

"Corporate financial transactions of all sorts are key to economic growth," commented Devin Thorpe, President of the MountainWest Capital Network and Managing Director of the USTAR Technology Outreach and Innovation Program, adding, "We look forward to hearing from some of Utah's most notable business leaders, including Zions Bancorporation CEO, Harrison Simmons."

Registration and networking will begin at 11:30 with the program beginning at noon. MountainWest Capital Network members can attend this luncheon at no cost. The non-member/guest luncheon fee is $35.
