Sports Bras Needed For Marathon Runners
A sports bra is as essential to women who exercise as a decent pair of running trainers, and no more so than in the ultimate running event -- the marathon. Women of all cup sizes should wear a sports bra for any distance of running, especially longer distances such as the London Marathon.

Even for petite women like Holmes, protecting the breasts is an important part of women's health. Regardless of cup size, breasts move in a figure of eight motion according to Dr. Scurr's study, thus increasing the risk of premature sagging.
