The first stage saw the roll-out of eAppraisal to over 13,000 employees. “Our training program with Halogen, which involved over 900 trainees, took only eight weeks,” said Lilek. “We were very pleased with the implementation process and how quickly we could roll out the solution.”

The next phase, which includes the full roll-out of eAppraisal with eCompensation, is beginning now. Appraisals will be completed shortly based on the new performance standards and pay increases will be implemented, based for the first time on these performance appraisals.
