Karen Downey, local business owner of Custom Interiors, an interior design firm, recently developed and published a tips workbook titled, "45 Ways to Showcase Your Style…Room by Room", which she unveiled at her book signing, Monday, March 17th, 2008, at the River Penthouse on Royal Palm Pointe.

This private, "by invitation only" event was held in collaboration with Sally Daley of Daley & Company Real Estate, Jetson's TV and Appliance Center and Miele. Mrs. Downey remarked, "I was excited by the number of people that attended, and the positive response to my workbook.
