Dr. Lycka is a recognized North American expert in cosmetic, laser, reconstructive and liposuction surgery and holds numerous Canadian appointments and distinctions placing him in an elite category of Physicians. Dr. Lycka is recognized by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, Canada, as a specialist in Dermatology. He is frequently asked to share his knowledge of cosmetic surgery at international symposia such as the American Society of Nonsurgical Aesthetics, the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery (ASCDAS). Dr. Lycka is also a member of the esteemed American Society of Surgical Professors (the teachers of the teachers) and is one of a few Canadians to join this erudite group.

Dr. Lycka will be joining a team that currently consists of Dr. Charles Crutchfield III, Dr. Neil Sadick, Dr. Michael Gold, Dr. Steven Zimmet, and Dr. Michael Lafkas. The Medical Board of Advisors provides professional guidance and advice in the operation of DermaNetwork.org. Dr. Lycka will be the first board member located in Canada, a market that DermaNetwork.org plans future expansion efforts.
