As for the Job Seekers, they can search through the employment ads easily, create a resume on the site, post it into the data base or just print it out for other job opportunities. This is all free.

The average cost on the big three job websites, for a single job posting is around $400. "All these local businesses are helping communities and the people in the area in many ways. They shouldn't have to pay to hire someone within a community," the citizen, who wishes to remain anonymous, said.
